There are many reasons to try to freeze food. But this year we are fairly
determined to attempt to make it throug the winter without buying fruits or vegis. We won’t look at it as a failure if this doesn’t happen. We make incrimental steps each year to do a little better:
First, I had asked for a juicer one year. That seemed like kitchen clutter, but extended family heard the request and we got more than one for my birthday. We gave the extras to juicerless families and kept one for ourselves.
As you can see, the composter 
does its job just fine. There is compost. There is environmentally friendly material coming out and cat poo going in.
We miss you already. Jean, Vista, Maverick be nice at your new home. Congratulations Jan and Tom on adopting these wonderful alpacas. I’ve never met sweeter alpacas in my trips to the North West’s Alpaca Ranches.
